Responsibilities Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures Supervise and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high food quality standards Oversee food preparation, cooking, and food handling processes to ensure compliance with safety regulations Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reporting Control inventory levels through accurate stock management, ordering, and waste reduction strategies Train new team members and provide ongoing staff development to enhance skills in food service management and hospitality best practices Monitor shift performance, manage staffing schedules, and ensure smooth kitchen and front-of-house coordination Skills Extensive experience in casual but elevated restaurant environments with a strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food safety management Proven management experience with team leadership, supervising staff, and conducting interviews for hiring new talent Proficiency with POS systems; strong cash handling skills Excellent communication skills for managerial coordination, training & development, and customer service excellence Familiarity with fine dining or casual dining experiences; banquet or catering experience is a plus Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume setting Join our team to lead with energy, inspire your colleagues, and deliver memorable dining experiences!
