- Part-time, Full-time Overview We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Bar Manager to lead our beverage and bar operations as well as supervise operations throughout the shift with enthusiasm and professionalism.

Responsibilities Manage all aspects of bar operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Lead and motivate a team of bartenders and service staff through training, coaching, and performance evaluations to deliver outstanding customer service. Oversee food preparation related to bar menu items, ensuring quality standards are met consistently. Handle POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation. Maintain accurate inventory levels, order supplies proactively, and minimize waste through effective food and beverage management. Supervise shift management to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours while maintaining a lively atmosphere. Collaborate with kitchen management on food production, catering events, and special functions like banquets or private parties. Ensure food safety standards are strictly followed in all food handling and preparation processes. Assist in interviewing, onboarding, and training new staff members to build a skilled team aligned with our hospitality standards. Manage budgets effectively to optimize profitability while delivering excellent guest experiences. Skills Proven experience in restaurant or bar management within fast-paced or casual dining environments. Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety protocols. Expertise with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for sales processing and reporting. Demonstrated leadership skills with experience supervising teams in hospitality or food service settings. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle guest concerns professionally and promptly. Ability to manage inventory control efficiently while minimizing waste and controlling costs. Skilled in staff training & development to foster a motivated, knowledgeable team. Experience in shift management, budgeting, and food production for diverse events including catering or banquets. Knowledge of the food industry standards related to culinary experience, kitchen management, and hospitality operations. Strong communication skills for effective interviewing, staff development, and team coordination.
