Job Responsibilities:
Proficient with POS system; adding menu items, updating pricing, etc. Maintain reservations for dining and club events Create floorplans for special events Train and supervise all dining room staff Schedule service staff for member dining and special events Assign side work and ensure completion Hold pre-service meetings Greet members and guests Supervise dining service Review server checks and reports at the end of each shift to ensure accuracy and corrects errors Assume role as closing manager when necessary and ensure closing procedures are followed
Experience Requirements:
Dining room supervisory experience is required, preferably in a private Club setting.
