What We're Looking For:

Experience:

2-3+ years management in an upscale, fine dining, or high-volume restaurant.

Leadership Skills:

A passion for leading teams and providing exceptional hospitality.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Build genuine relationships with guests and ensure their satisfaction. Lead by example and inspire your team to deliver memorable dining experiences. Foster a family-like environment for the team, offering support and guidance. Partner seamlessly with the Back of House (BOH) team to ensure smooth operations. Mentor and develop future Front of House (FOH) leaders. Manage and troubleshoot our POS system (TOAST) confidently. Address guest concerns promptly to ensure all guests leave happy. Monitor budgets to maintain profitability. Complete daily and weekly administrative tasks accurately and on time. Why Join Us?
