Join our Food & Beverage - Restaurant TEAM in this pivotal role, where you'll deliver outstanding Guest Services and ensure the seamless operation of our Restaurant services. As a Restaurant Manager, you will coordinate and inspire our staff to deliver exceptional products and outstanding service to our restaurant customers.Essential Job Functions:
Deliver exceptional customer service by setting a positive example, promptly addressing guest requests, concerns, and complaints to ensure overall satisfaction Foster strong working relationships within Food & Beverage and other hotel departments Move throughout facility and kitchen areas to visually monitor and take action to ensure food quality and service standards are met Evaluate cost effectiveness of all aspects of operation. Develop and implement cost saving and profit enhancing measures Interview, hire, and train in the procedures and techniques of Food & Beverage for the efficient operation of the restaurant Ensure proper cleanliness, use, repair of all F&B equipment and closet/storage areasWage:
Salary $65,000-$70,000 annually, commensurate experiencePhysical Demands:
Grasp, lift, carry or transport up to 40 pounds and to operate various food and beverage equipment Work most of the shift standing and moving about in the restaurants and kitchen areasQualifications:
Education:
High school diploma or its equivalentExperience :
