    FRONT OF THE HOUSE
    Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in restaurant operations and possess strong leadership skills to support the overall management of the establishment.
    • Duties:
    • Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards
    • Assist in managing staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
    • Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
    • Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner
    • Collaborate with the Manager to develop strategies for business growth
    • Experience:
    • Previous experience in restaurant or kitchen management
    • Proficiency in interviewing, food service management
    • Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team
    • Knowledge of food handling procedures and kitchen operations
