Job Description
As an extension to our catering business Canal Place Catering and our Cafe and Wood Fired Pizza shop we are looking to utilize our catering food truck for regular location use as well as special event locations. We are looking for someone to run the business, schedule supporting staff, help with scheduling and provide an outstanding level of service to customers. The successful candidate will report to the VP, Hospitality and be tasked with inventory, menu development, and most importantly ensure that we meet all expectations of guests. We are a dynamic, collaborative and very positive organzation that encompasses a group of varied businesses. This will provide growth and advancement opportunities.
