We are seeking a dynamic and organized Assistant Manager to join our team at our small fast casual restaurant in Northport. The Assistant Manager will play a key role in supporting the overall operations of the company. Duties:

Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring exceptional customer service standards are metSupport in managing and motivating a team of employeesResponsible for training new staff membersResponsible for social media marketingHelp troubleshoot technical difficulties with POSCash handlingEffectively communicate to customer to resolve conflictsMust be able to lift up to 25lbs

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a food service environmentStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a teamExcellent communication and organizationKnowledge of inventory control practicesAbility to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
