Duties Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, and shift management to ensure seamless service delivery. Supervise food preparation and cooking processes, ensuring adherence to food safety standards and quality control measures. Oversee inventory control, ordering supplies, and managing food and beverage costs to maximize profitability. Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS or Toast POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation. Train and develop staff members on food handling, customer service excellence, and operational procedures. Monitor restaurant cleanliness, safety protocols, and compliance with health regulations to uphold a safe environment for staff and guests. Conduct regular performance evaluations, manage staff interviews, and foster a positive team culture focused on growth and accountability. Qualifications Proven experience in quick service & fast food restaurant management or casual dining environments with a strong background in food industry operations. Demonstrated supervisory experience with team leadership and staff training capabilities. Knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen management, and culinary standards; fine dining or banquet experience is a plus. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Toast POS along with cash handling procedures. Strong understanding of inventory control, food safety management. Excellent managerial communication skills with the ability to motivate teams and enhance customer service experiences.
