Ensure that all menu items meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
Conduct staff training programs and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure all staff are performing at their best.
Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain a clean and organized restaurant.
Manage labor costs and schedules to ensure the restaurant is adequately staffed and that labor costs are within budget.
Collaborate with the culinary team to create new items on the menu and maintain the culinary reputation.
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
Maintain a positive and professional work environment that promotes teamwork and customer satisfaction.
Experience with FOH operations and food service management.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
Experience with inventory control and restaurant management software.
Experience with staff training.
Strong knowledge of food management and food service regulations.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of our upscale restaurant, ensuring exceptional food quality, exceptional customer service, and a positive working environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background, with experience in management and staff training. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for implementing our menu, managing inventory, and leading a high-performing team.Responsibilities:
