The Sinclair at Port Washington is an upscale senior living community with dining establishment dedicated to providing an exceptional culinary experience with outstanding service in an elegant atmosphere. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Dining Manager to lead our team and ensure every guest's experience is memorable.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the dining room to maintain high standards of service and hospitality Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional guest service Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest flow efficiently Ensure cleanliness, presentation, and maintenance of the dining area meet our standards Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and resolve issues promptly and professionally Collaborate with kitchen management to ensure smooth coordination between front and back of house Monitor inventory levels and work with vendors for supplies and equipment Uphold compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Dining Manager or similar role in fine dining or upscale hospitality Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle difficult situations gracefully Knowledge of POS systems and reservation management Passion for food, wine, and hospitality excellence Ability to work flexible hours, including early evenings and weekends
