Upscale, Modern Italian Restaurant We are seeking an experienced, hospitality-driven Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in leading daily operations and delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities:

Support the General Manager with daily operations, leadership, and decision-making. Lead, motivate, and develop the front-of-house team. Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and employee scheduling. Maintain high brand standards, service expectations, and team accountability. Demonstrate extensive knowledge of wine, spirits, and cocktails. Engage with guests, make them feel welcome, and ensure a memorable dining experience. Promote teamwork, professionalism, and outstanding hospitality.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of restaurant management experience , preferably in upscale or fine dining. Extensive knowledge of wine and spirits. Strong leadership, hiring, training, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication, organizational, and guest-relations abilities. A hands-on leader who leads by example and sets the bar high for service and brand standards.
