Duties Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service during all shifts and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency Lead, train, and develop staff members in food preparation, customer service, and food safety protocols to foster a motivated and skilled team Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste to optimize profitability Supervise food handling and kitchen management activities, ensuring compliance with health regulations and safety standards Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation with accuracy Coordinate shift management by scheduling staff effectively to meet customer demand during peak hours and special events like banquets or catering services Foster excellent customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly and ensuring memorable dining experiences across casual dining or fine dining settings Qualifications Restaurant management Experience a must for more than three years. Candidates must have experience in full service dining and extensive alcohol knowledge. Proven management experience within the food industry, particularly in quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining establishments Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management with culinary experience preferred Demonstrated supervising experience with staff training & development skills to motivate teams effectively Knowledge of food safety standards and certifications relevant to hospitality management Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transaction processing Excellent communication skills with experience in interviewing, onboarding new team members, and leadership development Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and manage budgets effectively Previous hotel or bar experience is a plus; experience in catering or banquet services is advantageous Join us if you're ready to lead with energy, inspire your team, and create unforgettable dining moments!
