The owners are stepping back and want someone who genuinely wants to run this place. This is not a typical GM role. You will have real creative ownership — building menus with the chef, leading the floor team, and tightening up operations. If you are disciplined, fast-thinking, positive, and genuinely passionate about food and hospitality, this was built for you.

What you will do:

Lead a team of up to 11 staff on the floor every shift Wait tables AND manage — this is a hands-on role Build and develop menus — food, cocktails, cheese and charcuterie Run weekly inventory and staff meetings Maintain consistent standards and systems Work closely with passionate hands-on ownership What you bring: 5+ years restaurant management in upscale casual or fine dining Experience building menus and working with a chef Strong food and wine knowledge European cheese and charcuterie knowledge Comfort with design tools like Canva or Adobe for menu presentation Emotional steadiness working alongside involved ownership Real availability — Wednesday through Sunday, 55-65 hours, October peak season

Compensation & Benefits:
