Job Description
KITCHEN MANAGER
We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Kitchen Manager to help improve the organization, efficiency, cleanliness, and overall operation of our kitchen.Responsibilities include:
Help organize daily kitchen operations and keep the team on track Manage ordering, receiving, and inventory Organize and maintain walk-ins, freezers, dry storage, and other food storage areas Identify and implement ways to improve kitchen cleanliness and sanitation Make sure food is properly stored, labeled, dated, and rotated Work with kitchen staff to get the most out of the team and improve productivity Help create a positive, professional work environment Address problems and eliminate unnecessary drama and conflict Lead by example and hold the team accountable to kitchen standards Work closely with the Chef & Management team to identify areas that need improvementRequirements:
Previous kitchen management or strong supervisory experience Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Good understanding of food safety, sanitation, and proper food storage Ability to lead and communicate effectively with a diverse kitchen team Must be fluent in both English and Spanish Must be hands-on and willing to work alongside the team Must be dependable, professional, and able to handle a fast-paced kitchen We are looking for someone who wants to make the kitchen better , not just someone looking for a title. The right person will take ownership, bring organization to the operation, and help build a stronger team.Compensation:
Competitive and commensurate with experience.Pay:
$28.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 - 45.0 per weekBenefits:
