Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Kitchen Manager to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional food experiences. This role is perfect for someone passionate about food preparation, restaurant management, and team leadership within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. As Kitchen Manager, you will oversee daily kitchen operations, ensure food safety and quality standards are met, and foster a positive work environment that encourages growth and excellence. Your enthusiasm for culinary arts combined with strong management skills will drive the success of our food service operations. Duties Manage all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure high-quality standards. Oversee inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining proper stock levels to minimize waste and control costs. Supervise kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations to build a motivated and efficient team. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards through regular inspections and staff training Coordinate with front-of-house teams to ensure smooth shift management and excellent customer service experiences. Assist in budgeting efforts by monitoring labor costs and food costs Promote a positive hospitality environment by fostering teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement. Qualifications Proven experience in food service management with a strong background in kitchen operations and culinary arts. Strong understanding of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and food handling procedures. Excellent leadership skills with experience in staff training & development and team management. Ability to manage inventory control effectively while maintaining quality standards. Previous experience with budgeting, shift management, and restaurant operations is highly desirable.
