Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of restaurant and bar operations to ensure a smooth and efficient service. Adherence to brand standards and operational procedures Adherence to all Federal, State, and Local guidelines Integrates all company initiatives and emphasizes with applicable staff Foster a positive work environment by motivating, coaching, and developing team members. Hiring and staffing the restaurant to meet established staffing pars Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally. Monitor service standards and work with the team to consistently exceed guest expectations. Follow-up on corrective action where necessary

Must have 3+ years Full-Service Restaurant Management experience 1+ years prior bartending experience State Mandated Food Handlers Certification Bilingual in Mandarin! Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
