We are looking for a full time Store Supervisor at our Watertown, NY SUBWAY location on Eastern Blvd. •We are offering up to $500 HIRING BONUS•(see conditions below) Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Subway Restaurant Manager and lead the charge in delivering exceptional customer experiences! In this energetic role, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, supervise staff, ensure food safety standards, and maintain a lively, welcoming environment. Your leadership will drive team performance, uphold quality BRAND standards, and support the overall success of our fast-paced, quick service restaurant. Responsibilities Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service during all shifts Supervise and motivate team members, providing training and development to foster a high-performing staff Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain quality and safety standards Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, including cash handling and register reconciliation Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and reducing waste Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant Support shift management by coordinating schedules, supervising staff performance, and resolving customer/staffing issues promptly Skills Proven experience in food service management within quick service or fast food restaurants Strong leadership skills with experience supervising teams and training staff Ability to work well with others Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food handling safety protocols Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle complaints professionally Ability to manage inventory control and budgeting responsibilities effectively Experience in managing people and creating a positive team environment. A typical day at Subway includes baking our delicious bread and cookies fresh each day, slicing vegetables and proteins, keeping the restaurant looking spotless and making every sandwich for every guest a work of art! We also prepare catering orders, pickup orders and third party delivery orders. A few characteristics we look for in our Sandwich Artists and Supervisors are reliability, friendliness, attention to detail, hygiene and professionalism. You should be able to work on your feet for the duration of your shift and be able to lift at least 25 pounds ocassionally. Hiring bonus is payable upon completion of 90 days employment. Must have perfect attendance and be in good standing (no disciplinary action). Bonus for full time (greater than 30hrs per week) is $500.
