Full-Time Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Manager , where your leadership will drive exceptional dining experiences and operational excellence. Responsibilities Lead and supervise restaurant staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences and customer satisfaction Monitor restaurant opening procedures and ensure the establishment is fully prepared for service Assist with restaurant closing duties, including cash handling, operational checks, and securing the premises Greet and host guests as needed to maintain a welcoming and professional environment Manage large party reservations, private events, and special dining requests Oversee daily restaurant operations and maintain service standards Train, coach, and mentor team members to support professional growth and performance Coordinate shift management, including scheduling, staffing levels, and operational flow during peak hours Monitor employee performance, attendance, and adherence to company policies Manage POS systems, including Toast for accurate order processing and cash management Assist with inventory control, ordering, and cost management Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations Support kitchen management by overseeing food preparation, food quality, catering services, and banquet operations when necessary Resolve guest concerns professionally and effectively while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction Qualifications Minimum 3 years of restaurant management and supervisory experience required Fine dining experience is required Exceptional customer service experience is required Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, food preparation techniques, and food safety regulations Experience using Toast POS or similar restaurant management systems Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, train, and develop team members Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment Experience with inventory control, scheduling, budgeting, and labor management Previous experience in catering, banquet services, bar operations, or hotel food service is a plus Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays What We Offer Career growth and advancement opportunities Supportive and team-oriented work environment Opportunity to work in a professional hospitality setting Ongoing training and development This position offers a clear growth path , with opportunities for promotion to a higher management role within six months for candidates who demonstrate strong leadership, reliability, and exceptional performance.
