Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Catering Manager to lead our catering operations and ensure exceptional food service experiences for our clients. In this dynamic role, you will oversee all aspects of catering events, manage kitchen and staff activities, and uphold the highest standards of food safety and quality. Your leadership will drive team performance, streamline food production processes, and deliver memorable dining experiences that exceed expectations. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional eager to make a positive impact in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Coordinate and oversee catering events from planning through execution, ensuring timely delivery and presentation of high-quality food. Supervise and train catering staff fostering a team-oriented environment. Handle cash transactions accurately and reconcile daily sales reports while maintaining strict adherence to food safety standards. Develop menus tailored to client needs while managing budgets to optimize profitability. Collaborate with clients to customize catering packages, ensuring their vision is realized with exceptional service delivery. Requirements Proven experience in food service management within catering, restaurant, or hospitality settings—preferably with fine dining or banquet experience. Hands-on experience with POS systems such as Posi Touch or Micros; cash handling skills are essential. Demonstrated leadership skills with previous supervising or management roles; experience in staff training & development is highly valued. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and team members alike. A la cart experience is a must, our establisgment is a full service restaurant
