General Manager Swingy's is a growing sports, hospitality, food and beverage, and entertainment venue built around great guest experiences, events, and a high-energy atmosphere. We are looking for a proven General Manager who can lead the full business, drive revenue, control costs, build a strong team, and create a venue experience guests want to come back to.
What We're Looking For Important:
This is a senior leadership role. Candidates must have 7+ years of General Manager experience or higher-level leadership experience in hospitality, entertainment, restaurants, bars, events, or a similar high-volume guest-facing business. If you do not meet this requirement, we kindly ask that you do not apply. We are seeking a true business operator, not just a shift manager. The right candidate understands revenue, labor, margin, guest experience, staffing, events, and long-term growth. This person should be comfortable owning results, making decisions, solving problems, and leading from the floor. This role requires someone who thinks like an owner and can take full responsibility for the success of the venue. Responsibilities Oversee all daily venue operations, including food and beverage, guest experience, staffing, events, and entertainment operations. Own venue performance, including revenue, labor, controllable costs, inventory, and profitability. Manage the P&L and use financial data to make smart business decisions. Hire, train, coach, schedule, and develop the team. Build a strong leadership culture focused on accountability, service, cleanliness, safety, and results. Stay visible on the floor and make sure guests are receiving a consistent, high-quality experience. Drive revenue through events, parties, corporate outings, local partnerships, promotions, and repeat business. Manage vendor relationships, ordering, inventory, labor planning, and operational systems. Handle guest concerns professionally and quickly. Ensure compliance with health, safety, alcohol service, labor, and company standards. Work directly with ownership to improve operations, systems, marketing, staffing, and business performance. Qualifications 7+ years of General Manager experience or higher-level leadership experience required. Experience in hospitality, restaurants, bars, entertainment venues, event venues, family entertainment, sports entertainment, resorts, casinos, or similar operations. Strong understanding of revenue, labor, margins, inventory, scheduling, service standards, and profitability. Proven ability to build, train, lead, and hold teams accountable. Experience managing events, private parties, corporate outings, or multi-revenue operations preferred. Must be comfortable working nights, weekends, holidays, special events, and peak business periods. Must be 21 years of age or older. Ability to obtain any required food safety, alcohol service, or local certifications. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to lift, carry, or move up to 50 pounds occasionally. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment with moderate to high noise levels. Ability to move throughout the venue, including guest areas, service areas, storage areas, and event spaces.
