Supervisory experience preferred; evening shifts. Hours could be 4:00 to close (usually out by 10:45 pm) four-five nights a week, or if 1 day shift, hours likely 9:00 to 4:00. The primary responsibilities of a Kitchen/Assistant Manager are to oversee the daily operations of the kitchen and supervise the kitchen staff. This includes coordinating food orders, ensuring food preparation and storage comply with health and safety regulations, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness and organization.
