for an experienced Restaurant Manager for a fine dining restaurant located in Akron, Ohio. Salary $70K to $80K with quarterly bonus, 10 days PTO in your first year,

Must have previous fine dining management experience together with high volume. Summary Seeking a Restaurant General Manager who focuses on the guest experience, has a hands-on management style, is adept with financials, and knows how to manage the floor in an upscale environment. Candidates must be able to effectively run the business, while providing ongoing education/mentorship for their management team so strong leadership and communication skills are necessary.

Responsibilities/Requirements:

Execute, practice and enforce all Company policies and procedures while improving quality, service and operations. Consistent execution of all system, standards, and processes. Maximize revenues by effectively managing reservations and driving local sales. Development of staff while holding them accountable for performance and maintaining standards. Monitor daily labor/matrix and other payroll reports. Oversee service and guarantee that all points of guest contact meet standards, knowledge and experience with high levels of guest service. Strong leadership and communication skills Hospitality degree is a plus
