If this inspires you, please join us at Clorox Purell. Role Objective Coordinates and monitors order processing, receiving, staging and shipping activities for the Logistics organization. Essential Functions and Responsibilities Plans and coordinates team's work efforts, communicate performance expectations and results as well as enforce established company and departmental work & safety rules. Plans and coordinates team's activites with other Warehouse shifts, Production and Procurement groups. Provides training, direction, and work performance evaluation of hourly warehouse personnel. Identifies and resolves problems/issues to ensure team meets performance objectives. Performs weekly inventories of supplies. Compiles and records OSD authorization information. Monitor all inbound and outbound delivery schedules and dock freight. Maintains and records daily Shipping and Receiving performance figures. Maintains customer return product in the inventory system. Participates in the drafting of WIS for specific areas of responsibilities within the warehouse operation. Performs training in compliance with c

(good warehouse practices) Promotes inventory accuracy through coaching and training. Evaluate powered industrial truck daily checklists for accuracy. Updates warehouse inventory daily. Scrap ticket processing as needed. Provides backup supervisory support, as required. Education and Experience High School graduate with one to two years experience in a team-based environment. Experience and skills in Shipping, Receiving, or General Warehouse. Role Type Direct Manufacturing/Distribution - 100% On-Site Travel Requirements Travel between campus locations in Northeast Ohio as needed FLSA Status Non-Exempt Compensation & Benefits The starting pay rate for this role is 26.27 per hour.
