  • Part-time Overview We are seeking an energetic and motivated Bar Manager to lead our dynamic bar and hospitality team.
In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere. Your leadership will drive the success of our bar services, manage staff performance, and uphold the highest standards of food safety and quality. Responsibilities Supervise all aspects of bar operations, including food preparation, beverage service, and customer interactions Manage inventory control to ensure optimal stock levels while minimizing waste and controlling costs Oversee POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling Train, develop, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding service and adhere to food safety standards Coordinate shift management, ensuring smooth transitions between team members and consistent service quality Maintain compliance with health regulations, food safety protocols, and sanitation standards Analyze profit and loss reports to identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost savings Experience Proven management experience in food service or hospitality settings, particularly in casual dining or bar environments Extensive knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food handling safety practices Hands-on experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; strong cash handling skills Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively through training, supervision, and performance management Background in managing inventory control, budgeting, and profit & loss analysis within a restaurant or bar setting Familiarity with kitchen management, food production processes, and catering or banquet experience preferred Excellent communication skills with the ability to interview candidates, train staff, and foster a positive team environment Join us as a Bar Manager where your leadership will elevate guest experiences while fostering a collaborative team culture.
