In this role you will plan, direct, and coordinate the actions of the Operations Supervisors, Team Leaders and Team Members, to ensure the completion of production activities in a safe, quality-focused, and productive manner. This position oversees the manufacture of products against budgeted KPIs in a continuous improvement-based environment. This role is responsible for coaching, mentoring, and developing Supervisors and Team Leads to deliver results in alignment with business objectives. Demonstrated ability to manage both salaried professionals and hourly production associates in executing complex, operational programs. Ability to work a varied schedule.
