Job Overview We are looking for energetic and dedicated Managers—including General Managers, Assistant Managers, and Dining Room Managers—to lead our team with enthusiasm and professionalism. In this role, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure excellent customer experiences, and support staff development. The ideal candidate will bring strong management skills, a love for food service, and a proactive approach to team leadership. Responsibilities Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth shift management and high standards of service. Lead staff training and development to promote teamwork, efficiency, and excellent customer service. Manage food preparation processes, including overseeing food safety, quality control, and inventory management. Handle POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and cash handling with accuracy. Oversee kitchen management tasks like food production, catering coordination, and maintaining cleanliness standards. Conduct staff interviews, performance evaluations, and support hiring efforts to build a strong team. Analyze profit and loss reports to identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost control. Qualifications Proven experience in restaurant or hospitality management, including assistant manager or supervisory roles. Knowledge of food industry operations such as food handling, safety regulations, and culinary practices. Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS is preferred. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and communicate effectively across departments. Experience in managing budgets, inventory control, and food safety protocols. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest experiences. Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
