Duties Lead and supervise all front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts, and bartenders, ensuring high standards of customer service and team performance Oversee daily restaurant operations, including shift management, seating arrangements, and ensuring timely food and beverage delivery Manage food preparation processes related to dining service, maintaining quality standards and adherence to food safety regulations Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately, handle cash transactions, and reconcile daily sales Control inventory levels for dining supplies and beverages through effective inventory management practices Train staff on food handling procedures, customer service excellence, and safety protocols to promote a professional team environment Conduct staff interviews, performance evaluations, and ongoing training sessions to develop team skills and ensure operational consistency Monitor profit and loss statements to optimize revenue streams while controlling costs related to food production and labor Implement food safety policies across the restaurant to maintain compliance with health regulations and ensure guest safety Coordinate catering events or banquet services when applicable, ensuring seamless execution from setup to service Experience Proven management experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment with a focus on food service management Extensive background in quick service or fast food restaurant operations with fine dining or casual dining experience preferred Demonstrated expertise in supervising teams, training staff, and managing hospitality teams effectively Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and cash handling Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen management, and culinary processes Experience in inventory control, budgeting, profit & loss analysis, and food safety management practices Excellent communication skills for managerial coordination, staff training, interviewing candidates, and delivering exceptional customer service Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of hospitality Embark on this exciting journey where your leadership transforms dining experiences into memorable moments!
