Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. Duties Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, training, and performance evaluations. Oversee food preparation and handling to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency. Monitor inventory control processes to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize waste. Conduct interviews and hire new staff members while fostering a positive work environment. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery. Coordinate catering services and special events as needed. Analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving measures. Skills Proven experience in food preparation and handling within a fast-paced restaurant environment. Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food service operations. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
