This role involves coordinating staff, maintaining food and service standards, monitoring inventory, supporting customer satisfaction, and ensuring efficient operations throughout each shift. The ideal candidate has strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills and is comfortable managing a busy restaurant environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily restaurant operations and guest-service activities. Coordinate staff schedules, assignments, and workflow. Lead, support, and motivate front-of-house and kitchen team members. Monitor food quality, order accuracy, cleanliness, and service standards. Assist with employee recruitment, onboarding, training, and coaching. Respond to guest feedback, questions, and service concerns professionally. Monitor food, beverage, and operating supply levels. Coordinate inventory tracking, ordering, receiving, and restocking. Oversee POS operations and established cash-handling procedures. Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked restaurant areas. Support opening and closing procedures and daily operational checklists. Help manage labor, supplies, and daily operational priorities. Communicate performance and operational needs to ownership or senior management. Ensure compliance with food-safety, sanitation, workplace, and company procedures. Qualifications Previous restaurant, diner, hospitality, or food-service experience. Previous restaurant management or supervisory experience is preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and customer-service skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Good problem-solving and decision-making skills. Familiarity with POS systems, inventory control, and restaurant operations. Ability to train, support, and motivate employees.
