Shift Manager - Lead, Grow, and Make an Impact Managers at our franchise‑owned McDonald's restaurants lead shifts every week, ensuring every guest receives a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. As a Shift Manager, you set the tone for the team, guide operations, and help deliver the Quality, Service, and Cleanliness we're known for. + Training & Development You'll plan for each shift, monitor performance, take action to uphold McDonald's standards, and communicate with the next Shift Manager to ensure a smooth handoff. You may also help your department meet its goals and targets. What We're Looking For We're seeking positive, dependable leaders who enjoy working with people and thrive in a fast‑moving environment. You'll be successful if you bring:
+ Previous leadership experience (restaurant, retail, or hospitality preferred)
