Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas with precision, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish Manage daily kitchen operations, including inventory control, food safety management, and food production processes Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and cash handling Supervise staff training, shift management, and team leadership to maintain high standards of service and efficiency Oversee food handling procedures, ensuring compliance with health regulations and safety standards Assist in managing restaurant operations, including budgeting, profit and loss analysis, and food cost control Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and professionally Qualifications Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or managing in quick service or fast food restaurants Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS; cash handling experience is essential Strong background in inventory control, food safety management, and kitchen supervision Previous experience in restaurant management or hospitality management preferred Excellent communication skills for staff training, team management, and customer interactions Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills for order accuracy, inventory tracking, and financial reporting Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering exceptional pizza experiences while advancing your career in the food industry.
