About the Role As the Rohr Café Manager , you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of Rohr Café while serving as a front-of-house leader and ambassador for exceptional service. Reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager, you'll be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests, supporting staff success, and driving operational excellence. This hands-on leadership position offers the opportunity to directly influence the guest experience, grow café revenue through creative promotions and marketing efforts, and help build a high-performing team. You'll work alongside staff, provide coaching and guidance, and ensure the café consistently delivers quality products and service. MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 3 years of relevant experience required. 4-8 years of relevant experience preferred.
