Assistant Manager - Restaurant

Bristol Republic is looking for a Manager to join our opening team. If you're someone who naturally takes ownership, keeps things organized, and isn't afraid to jump in wherever needed, you'll fit in well here. Bristol Republic is a Nashville inspired Barbecue experience with great food, drinks, and nightlife. Centered in the heart of Bridge Park, Bristol Republic will bring an exciting new scene to Bridge park with Live Music, Sports Viewing and Community Experiences.

What You'll Do:

Lead shifts and be the point person on the floor Set the tone for service, energy, and hospitality Hire, train, and develop front-of-house staff Manage schedules, labor, and day-to-day operations Keep an eye on inventory, ordering, and costs Handle guest interactions and make things right when needed Help keep the place clean, dialed in, and running smoothly

What We're Looking For:

2+ years of restaurant or bar management experience Someone who leads by example — not from the office Strong presence on the floor and good with people Organized, dependable, and able to handle a busy environment Team-first mindset Nights and weekends are part of the job
