Responsibilities:

Supervise the daily operations of the kitchen, develop shift policies, and enforce rules and regulations. Interview, hire, and train kitchen staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge necessary to perform their duties. Debrief employees on shift operation and post-shift events. Set up employee schedules based on forecasted business needs. Respond to customer's questions and concerns. Ensure staff safety during shift. Communicate with Front of House team to ensure that service standards are being met;.

$50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
