Job Summary We're on the lookout for an energetic and detail-oriented Kitchen Manager to lead our culinary team. In this role, you'll oversee daily kitchen operations, ensure top-notch food quality, and foster a positive environment for staff and guests alike. The ideal candidate is passionate about food, experienced in restaurant management, and ready to inspire a team to deliver outstanding service. Responsibilities Manage all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation according to established standards. Supervise kitchen staff, providing training, guidance, and performance feedback to ensure high standards of food quality and safety. Must be able to line cook when necessary. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations related to food handling, sanitation, and workplace safety. Coordinate shift schedules and manage staffing levels to meet the demands of busy service periods. Maintain a clean, organized kitchen environment that promotes efficiency and safety at all times. Collaborate with front-of-house teams to ensure smooth communication and excellent customer service. Requirements Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and restaurant management within full service dining environments. Strong leadership skills with experience supervising kitchen staff and managing teams. Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in food handling and production. Fluent in Spanish a plus.
Pay:
