Job Description

QualificationsRequired 2+ years of kitchen management experience in a high-volume restaurant environment Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop kitchen team members Strong understanding of food cost, labor cost, inventory management, and food safety systems Experience with scheduling, ordering, receiving, and kitchen operations management Ability to maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and execution Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as business needs require Preferred Casual dining, polished casual, or high-volume restaurant experience Culinary degree or advanced culinary training Experience opening new restaurants or participating in restaurant growth initiatives Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills Experience developing future kitchen leaders and trainers Strong understanding of restaurant financials, including P&L management and productivity metrics Ideal Candidate Profile We are seeking a leader who combines operational excellence with an entrepreneurial mindset.
