Built to Lead. Outlaw Motor Speedway Sim Bar is an immersive, high-energy racing experience where guests compete across NASCAR, F1, and dirt tracks. We are looking for a Lead Crew Member to step into a leadership role—someone who can run the floor, lead the team, and own the guest experience when the General Manager is not on-site. This role works side-by-side with the GM on weekends and leads operations during off-hours . What You'll Do Lead and manage daily shifts in a fast-paced racing environment Act as manager on duty when the GM is off Oversee race flow, simulator readiness, and guest experience Assist drivers with car/track selection, registration, and race setup Ensure all simulators and systems are fully operational Troubleshoot guest and technical issues in real time Support and guide crew members to maintain high performance Bartend and support bar operations as needed Maintain a high-energy, organized, and clean environment Ensure every guest leaves with an EPIC experience What We're Looking For Strong management or leadership experience (required) Bartending experience (required) Deep passion and knowledge of motor racing (NASCAR, F1, dirt, etc.) Strong understanding of sim racing (highly preferred) Ability to lead a team in a high-energy, fast-paced environment Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Comfortable with technology and troubleshooting Ability to stay composed and decisive under pressure Nights and weekend availability required Bonus Points If You Have experience running shifts or being a keyholder Have worked in entertainment, gaming, or experiential venues Have hands-on sim racing experience (iRacing or similar) Naturally take ownership and lead without being asked Why Join Outlaw Be part of a first-of-its-kind racing concept Step into a leadership role with real responsibility High-energy, competitive, and unique work environment Opportunity to grow within Epic Brands Work alongside a passionate, driven team The Role You are the leader on the floor .
