In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations of the front-of-house team, manage customer service standards, and coordinate with kitchen staff to deliver seamless service. Duties Supervise and coordinate front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts, bartenders, and support personnel, ensuring smooth shift transitions and optimal team performance Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and creating a welcoming environment that encourages repeat visits Oversee food preparation and presentation standards in collaboration with kitchen staff to ensure quality and consistency in all offerings Manage POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation Control inventory levels for front-of-house supplies, monitor stock rotation, and assist with food management to minimize waste and optimize costs Train new staff members on food handling procedures, customer service protocols, safety standards, and restaurant policies Lead shift management by coordinating staffing schedules, overseeing food production processes, and ensuring compliance with health regulations Conduct regular staff evaluations, facilitate training & development programs, and promote a positive team culture rooted in hospitality excellence Qualifications Proven experience in food service management within quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining environments Strong background in supervising teams with excellent leadership skills in hospitality management settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; experience with cash handling is essential Knowledge of food preparation techniques, food safety standards, and kitchen management practices Prior experience in fine dining or hotel food service environments is highly desirable Demonstrated ability to manage inventory control, budgeting, and cost optimization strategies Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Excellent communication skills along with experience in staff training & development and interviewing potential team members Join us as our Front of House Manager to lead our team with energy and enthusiasm!
