Manage inventory control and food ordering processes to minimize waste while ensuring ingredient availability. Coordinate catering events, banquets, and special functions with attention to detail and customer satisfaction. Monitor food costs and labor expenses to optimize operational efficiency without compromising quality. Qualifications Proven experience in restaurant management or as an executive chef with a strong background in fine dining environments. Extensive culinary skills with expertise in food production, food handling, and food safety protocols. Demonstrated leadership capabilities with supervising experience in busy kitchen settings. Knowledge of inventory management, cost control, and kitchen logistics. Experience in banquet service, catering operations, and managing dietary requirements is highly desirable. Strong understanding of food industry standards including menu planning, shift management, and food service management. Excellent communication skills coupled with the ability to motivate teams and foster a positive work environment. Familiarity with bartending or beverage service is a plus for enhancing overall guest experience.
