You'll work side-by-side with our General Manager to keep the restaurant running at its best - and grow as a leader while you do it.

What You'll Do:

Partner with the General Manager on scheduling, inventory, ordering, cost control, hiring, and onboarding Share ownership of daily operations - guest service, drive-thru times, labor, and cost of goods Lead crew training and cross-training, coaching for consistency and retention Champion safety, sanitation, and food and beverage compliance throughout the restaurant Build genuine relationships with dine-in and drive-thru guests Hold the team accountable for attendance, prep, portioning, and cleanliness standards Handle guest concerns using our GRACE service approach Coach and recognize crew members through regular feedback and evaluations Step in wherever needed across the restaurant, leading by example

What We're Looking For:

Must be at least 18 years old, with 1-2 years of supervisory or management experience Open availability and flexibility with a changing schedule Food safety knowledge or certification Experience leading and mentoring a diverse team Reliable attendance and a positive, team-first attitude Strong communication skills and attention to detail
