We seek a reliable, self-motivated individual who can work various shifts as a manager in our store(s). Managers open and close shifts, manage food and labor costs, hire new staff and are the key representative in our customer service. We are looking for an experienced Shift Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading teams in a fast-paced environment, and will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the shift. This includes managing staff, delegating tasks, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed, and monitoring customer service levels. The successful candidate will also be responsible for providing feedback to staff and resolving any customer complaints or issues that arise.

Responsibilities:

Monitor staff performance and provide feedback. Ensure that all safety protocols are followed. Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction. Manage customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction. Schedule staff shifts and assign tasks. Ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
