Precision matters here, what you prep in the early hours becomes what runs the lines by mid-morning. What You Need Ability to stand for 8-12 hours in a cold, wet environment Detail-oriented, precision cuts matter Reliable and ready to work Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required Work Environment Refrigerated facility (30-38°F) — dress warm!
