Material Control Join our team as an Warehouse/Material Control Lead and help keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently! You'll lead activity on the shipping/receiving docks, pre-weigh compounding and production floor, and direct the activities of shift employees to support the proprieties of the Material Control Department.What You'll Be Doing:
Perform reviews and reconcile SAP transactions and reports Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in SAP Identify, develop and deliver training on SOPs and Work Instructions Operates powered industrial equipment (PIT) in accordance with established safety procedures, completes daily checklists and notifies the proper individuals of needed repairs. Secures and maintains all necessary safety equipment and follows established safety procedures. Supports shipping and receiving by staging material, and loading and unloading trucks. Supports production by picking and staging components for production, and processing finished goods into inventory. Recommending process improvements for inventory management Maintaining clean and compliant work areas per GMP and safety standards What We Need fromYou:
Minimum of 3 years of experience operating powered industrial equipment in a warehouse/manufacturing environment SAP experience Previous leadership experience strongly preferred Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and a positive mindsetWhy You'll Love It Here:
