Here at OM Group we're looking for a District Manager in the Toledo, Ohio area. We are on track to build many stores this year and are looking to add to our incredible team. About the Role As a District Manager, you'll oversee multiple store locations, lead high-performing teams, and drive operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth. You'll play a key role in shaping the success of your district.

What You'll Do:

Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers across your district Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets Drive consistent execution of brand standards, customer service, and operational procedures Analyze business trends and take proactive action Recruit, train, and retain top talent Act as a liaison between corporate and store-level teams Prepare for advancement with executive mentoring and development support We're Looking for

Someone Who:

Has 3+ years of multi-unit management experience (retail, food service, or similar) Leads with confidence and a people-first approach Thrives on accountability, ownership, and results Excels at developing others and building winning teams Is ready to grow—fast. Location :
