• Part-time, Full-time Job Summary Tous les Jours Dublin/Plain City is looking for a Team Leader / Shift Manager who is positive, dependable, and ready to lead by example.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys people, takes ownership, and can help run a smooth shift while creating a warm guest experience. The Team Leader supports daily operations, coaches team members, protects product quality, and helps build a strong, respectful team culture. Key Responsibilities Lead FOH shifts with professionalism, urgency, and care. Support guest experience by making sure every guest feels welcomed and valued. Maintain product presentation, cleanliness, and brand standards. Help with opening and closing responsibilities. Support cash handling and daily shift procedures. Train and coach new team members with patience and clarity. Communicate clearly with BOH and other leaders. Help manage labor flow by putting the right people in the right positions.
