Shift manager must have leadership skills and be a part of a team Delegate and help complete nightly/daily tasks Shift manager is responsible for cash control, making sure tasks are done properly, closing/mid day paperwork Responsible for managing 1-6 employees during a working shift. Responsible for food prep, pizza making, pizza cooking, and execution of deliveries and prompt food service. QSC - Quality, Service, Cleanliness. managers should have proper communication skills and respect your employees and coworkers Fast-paced work environment Must be able to use a POS system (will be trained to use our system) Closes the store as needed Customer service is of the utmost importance - Must be friendly and respectful, warmly greet customers, identify the needs of customers, and identify and resolve customer problems or issues.
