Assistant Manager

Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated assistant manager to join our team. In this role, you will be an integral part of our operations, ensuring that customers receive exceptional service while maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. As an assistant manager, you will work in a fast-paced environment, contributing to a positive team atmosphere and delivering an outstanding experience for our guests. Duties Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards. Scheduling and ordering Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours. Manage time effectively to meet customer demands and service expectations. Engage with customers in a friendly manner, addressing any inquiries or concerns. Qualifications Previous experience in food preparation or kitchen environments is preferred but not required. Proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing. Strong time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks in a busy setting. Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
