About Our Family:
We are a busy family of four, with two daughters (ages 7 and 9) and two playful golden retrievers. One parent works in New York Monday through Thursday and returns home on Fridays, while the other works part-time from home and travels quarterly for work. With both parents managing demanding schedules, we highly value a well-organized, functional home that allows us to focus on quality family time. We are looking for someone to help manage the household, provide occasional backup supervision of the kids when needed, prepare simple meals, and maintain routine upkeep. We also appreciate extra support during busier times, such as when the kids are off school or when we travel to New York. Who We're Looking For The ideal person for this role is someone who is reliable, communicative, and maintains a professional, calm approach in a busy household. While we appreciate warmth and friendliness, we value efficiency and a low-maintenance approach. You should be comfortable working independently and handling the ebb and flow of a family's daily needs, from running errands to meal prep and organization. Flexibility is key, as there may be times when additional help is needed during school holidays or family travel. If you're someone who is proactive, enjoys helping others stay organized and feel supported, while also being hands-on with a busy household, we'd love to hear from you.
