Dova Innovations LLC is conducting a talent acquisition search on behalf of a locally family owned McDonald's franchisee organization. We are seeking multiple Shift Manager Trainees for the Wapakoneta McDonald's.

Pay:

$16.25 - $17.50 per hour Job description: Paid Shift Manager Trainee program designed for individuals with little or no management experience. This role provides hands-on leadership training in restaurant operations with a clear pathway into Assistant Manager and General Manager roles. No prior experience required. Training is provided.
